One of the aesthetic industry events that I look forward to attending each year is Cutera University. This is a great forum where clinicians, practitioners, doctors, nurses and surgeons all gather to get up to speed with the latest techniques, innovations, developments and devices from Cutera. We love it: continuous learning for practitioners. The next Cutera University 2017 – Gold Coast we’re coming at ya! And we’re excited to be attending so close to home.

Leading Keynote Speakers

Staying at the forefront of the industry is essential when there are so many breakthroughs and new technology being discovered and released all the time. The Cutera University event features presentations by leading practitioners and aesthetic innovators including: Dr Sean Arendse, Director of Emergency Medicine Training at a Melbourne hospital, medical director of Flawless Rejuvenation Skin Clinic, national trainer and regular speaker for various cosmetic injectable products; Dr John Flynn, CEO of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery; Dr Scott Ingram, Form & Function Clinic in Brisbane, past president of the Australasian Society of Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). This is just a taste of who you might hear speak at this nationally and internationally recognised event, and if you are a practitioner who does not put it high on your agenda, you are missing out.

Some of the topics covered include:

  • Rejuvenation Concepts and Hair Removal
  • Body Sculpting and Contouring including tightening and resurfacing
  • Tattoo Removal
  • Vascular Anomalies
  • Pigmentary and Inflammatory Lesions
  • Laser and Light Devices
  • Many more…

Cutera have some of the most popular devices on the market, and at the Cutera University there’s an opportunity to have demonstrations of some, see how work and what they best treat. Some of their devices include:
» Limelight
» Laser Genesis
» Excel V
» enLIGHTen
» TruSculpt

Of course, any of you who know me, know I just LOVE a great networking event and the Cutera University always put on one of the best. Their cocktail party on the Saturday evening is a must and I know I’ll be there! It’s a terrific chance to meet others as passionate about the industry as you are and mingle with the who’s who of the aesthetic industry.
