Penis enlargement – just these two words alone spark our interest. Whether you’re a male wishing you had some extra length, or a female who… well, let’s just say female… you’re probably reading this.

For many men though, it’s a sensitive issue. Not all men are endowed with an average or above average size penis, and many live in secret anguish with lives that are affected by their insecurity. It can limit their confidence, hinder their sex life and create feelings of anxiety and angst when it comes to dating. Dr Jayson Oates from Acadamy Facial Plastics and Laser Specialist in Subiaco Western Australia and now at their new location Crow’s Nest, Sydney says, “The most difficult thing is getting over the embarrassment/shyness of getting here. Once you are in with us you will find all that goes away and it is just a visit to the doctor.”

Here at the Hub, we receive regular enquiries from men wanting to know where to start when looking for a penis enlargement. There is no shortage of plastic surgeons in Australia who do penis enlargement, but the idea of undergoing surgery on their most sensitive organ sometimes wins over their concern of its size. However, there are now ways to get a larger member without having to actually have surgery. Whilst there are quite a few different suggestions to be found on the internet around the world, there is only one that Dr Oates recommends and performs – HA (Hyaluronic Acid) dermal filler injections. “Injections to the penis have been around for a long time. In Korea, where penile augmentation is probably more common than anywhere else in the world, 80% is done by injection of dermal filler. The dermal filler contains a product that is a natural substance in skin and other tissue that holds water to it. It is the natural hydrator of the body and has been used for cosmetic injections such as the lips and cheeks since the 1990’s. Fortunately HA’s are completely and rapidly reversible, so any problems (which should be minor and uncommon) are totally reversible.”

HA fillers are not to be confused with permanent dermal fillers. Permanent fillers have been known to cause lumping or deformity and infections. The same can be said for fat transfer injections. The only downside with HA fillers is that are not permanent and will need to be replaced over time – it is estimated they will last up to 2 or 3 years. However, the actual procedure is minimally invasive and said to be painless for most men. Although the experience may vary for each patient, it usually only takes around 30 minutes for the HA filler to be injected around the shaft of your penis so that it can be moulded and shaped to the desired result.

There is little downtime with this procedure, and the only things suggested to do afterwards is to be gentle, refrain from having (vaginal) sex for a day or two, or anal sex for a week or so; and to keep it clean (wash after having sex for a week or two). We understand there may be bruising or tenderness; however as with most surgeries and non-invasive procedures, it is different for each person.

If you, or anyone you know, has been interested in penis enlargement, we suggest now is the time to refer them to Dr Jayson Oates. With two locations, one in Sydney and one in WA, he now has a special of 20% off all CALIBRE penis augmentations.
