Clinical Pro’s Microson HIFU is an aesthetic device designed to non-surgically lift 5 to 10 years off a person’s face giving them a more youthful and renewed appearance. It produces surgical type results but without any scars! It is a high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) technology suitable for all skin types and shows visible results with just one or two treatments, while improving the effects up to 180 days after each treatment.

It is a great non-surgical option for face lifting and fat contouring for some body areas. Unlike lasers and radio frequency, which penetrate the skin from the outside-in, the HIFU Therapy bypasses the surface of the skin delivering focussed ultrasound energy at depths of up to 4.5mm – the same planes targeted by a modern surgical facelift.
Q. Does the Microson have any downtime?
A. No, you can have the treatment and go straight back normal activities afterwards.
Q. Is the Microson treatment painful?
A. It can cause a pricking sensation which does not last long. You may feel minor heat flush but it will be gone after 2 – 3 minutes.
Q. How long does the actual treatment take?
A. Treatment typically takes from 30 – 60 minutes depending on the areas targeted.
Q. When can I feel or see the effects after treatment?
A. It creates instant heat coagulation points so that you feel the effects immediately. However, in the case of body treatments, it takes time to destroy fat cells, so it may take 2 – 3 weeks before you feel or see the treatment effects.
Q. How long do the effects of the treatment last?
A. It depends on the individual. Effects last approximately 3 – 6 months, depending on the age and lifestyle of the person.
