I had my last consultation with Dr Marcells on Monday 7/05/2018 after 28 months post-op rhinoplasty and I cannot thank him enough.

I never used to like looking myself in the mirror and when it came to photos, I would always try to avoid then whenever possible. Going through this surgery was one of the riskiest things I have ever done but I am glad I did not back out (came close to doing so).

My main reason for wanting to have rhinoplasty was not vanity, but longstanding lack of confidence and low self esteem issues. This surgery, no matter how irrelevant it is considered by some, has made a great difference in my life both personally and professionally. I carry myself with confidence, I find myself no longer covering my face when I smile, and most importantly I do not mind looking myself in the mirror any longer.

I would also like to add that I have great respect for Dr Marcells, not only because of his excellence in his field, but also because of his professionalism and candour. During my first consultation, and contrary to what I have heard from my friends who have done the same procedure with other doctor, Dr Marcells provided me with all the need-to-know information, including the brutal truth of what could go wrong. That played an important part in my decision making as I valued the unsugarcoated truth, and in turn trusted his medical advise.

Once again, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you Dr Marcells.

      Sincerely,

      R.W.
