Breast Augmentation with Medicare

Good Morning,
I am enquiring as to whether I can have my breasts lifted/augmented as I am currently a 14E, and have previously had bilateral shoulder surgery (due to shoulder joint collapse/impaction).  I have a lot of shoulder and neck pain and my GP has advised I should not wear a bra, to remove the pressure from my shoulders!! I already have a weighty problem with my breasts, and it is quite uncomfortable/painful when moving around without a bra.  Do I have grounds to have the cost of this surgery covered by Medicare? as a medical issue with my neck/shoulders.  I also have loss of curvature in my cervical spine, and degeneration of discs in my neck.
