Hi I am 24years old and have always had what I call ugly breast they have always been quiet saggy and yes I am only 24 whilst my friends were in training bras I was the rebel with no undies on, I hated wearing bras and the ones I did wear as a teen were not the right ones for me, I am getting married next year and was hoping I might be able to fix my confidence before hand but wanted tonknow if medicare could help.me or my medical fund as this is a big issue for me.
