My daughter has one breast significantly larger than the other. One breast has not developed.
She is 18 and been asked to wait until 20 if she interested in rectifying it by implant surgery.
Would Medicare cover any of this?
Also would private insurance cover any of the costs if she were to join at least 12 months prior?
