A breast lift and a breast augmentation are separate procedures that may be done at the same time depending on your requirements.  An examination by a Plastic Surgeon will determine what you require.

Hi and thanks for your question.  If you are an E-cup you do not need breast implants but a lift to make your breasts look fuller, feel firmer and appear more youthful. Implants are unneceesary in large breasts and add risk and cost to the procedure without much benefit in the longterm.  The idea that you should reduce the breasts then augment them to provide firmer breasts with a fuller upper pole is flawed in the long term in people who have loose stretch tissues.  You need to see a properly trained Specialist Plastic Surgeon.
I hope this helps.  Best of luck.
