Breast Reduction – Medicare & Private Health

I have always had large breasts and wanted to undertake a breast reduction once I had had my children. I have a 4 year old and 2 year old. My breast size is currently a 12H. I have indentation in my shoulders from my bra, constant neck and shoulder pain and suffer with constant lower back pain.
My question is what do I need to do to have my breast reduction looked at for medical reasons and whether Medicare / Private Health will cover some or all of the procedure.
In addition I am looking for a reputable surgeon in Brisbane. After hearing so many horror stories I want to make sure I am looked at by the best surgeons.
Thanks for your assistance,
