Q & A’sCosts and how I go about it

im looking to get my boobs and belly fixed after children, I’ve lost all baby weight but can’t fix these areas and it really gets me down. Just curious how do I go about it and how much does Medicare help with the cost? I don’t have much money and always thought this wouldn’t be possible for me.

Hi there.  Thanks for your question.  Unfortunately these procedures are not provided at Albany Regional Hospital.  As the only Plastic Surgeon who visits the Great Southern Region of WA, I am happy to see you to discuss your options, regardless of whom you choose to see for your surgery. If you have a referral from your GP and have children between the age of 1 and 7, Breast lift will have some cover from Medicare through the private system.  There is some cover for a tummy tuck through Medicare as well.
If you ask your GP for a referral, I am happy to see you to discuss this in more detail.  I visit Albany every 6 weeks.

Kind regards
