Hi there and thanks for your question.  At this stage, Autologous fat grafting (AFG) is not freely available in Australia for breast augmentation due to concerns about the long term safety of this procedure in normal breasts.  Surgeons are not covered by their medical indemnity companies if they perform this procedure in breasts.  Having said that, it appears that the potential for a significant long term volume increase in breasts with AFG has been overstated by some who perform the procedure.  It is likely that the overall increase in volume is likely to be in the order of 1-2 cup sizes at most.  You should see a qualified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your options in detail after a full clinical history and examination.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards
