If I am having stitch bumps is this the right product or should I be using a steroid cream?
Hi Cindy, sorry for the delay in responding. It’s Lynne from Stratpharma here. in regard to your “stitch bumps” Strataderm is the right product. You need to apply only once each day unless the scar is on your hands where you will be washing frequently. Apply a thin film over the scar and let it dry. To get the best result you should continue to use Strataderm for at least 3 months and you should see the bumps soften, flatten and lose the red colour. I’ve received a vasculyse treatment for milia removal and have been left with little pink burn scars (looks almost like old acne scars) on my cheeks. I used stratacel as it was healing but 2 months later I still have marks. I also use all sorts of top of the range vitamin and retinol products. I’ve tried needling done 3 weeks ago and still not much difference at all. Is there a specific scar product I can use to help reduce the redness at least? Some of them are slightly intended in the skin aswell, but the discolouration is what is really getting me down. Can anyone recommend a scar cream/solution?
